Tim Jankovich (Illinois State basketball coach) has resigned his position to become coach-in-waiting at SMU.

Mike Miller’s (Eastern Illinois basketball coach) contract was not renewed.

Dan Hurley (Wagner basketball coach) has accepted the head-coaching job at University of Rhode Island.

Tim Miles (Colorado State basketball coach) has accepted the head-coaching job at University of Nebraska.

Frank Martin (Kansas State basketball coach) has accepted the head-coaching job at University of South Carolina.

John Groce (Ohio University basketball coach) has accepted the head-coaching job at University of Illinois.

Jim Christian (TCU basketball coach) has accepted the head-coaching job at Ohio University.

John Cooper (Tennessee State basketball coach) has accepted the head-coaching job at Miami (OH) University.

Trent Johnson (LSU basketball coach) has accepted the head-coaching job at TCU (Texas Christian).

Jim Ferry (Long Island University (LIU) basketball coach) has accepted the head-coaching job at Duquesne.

Larry Eustachy (Southern Miss basketball coach) has accepted the head-coaching job at Colorado State.

Notes

Southern Utah University played in the Summit League from 1997-2012. Beginning with the 2012 season, the Thunderbirds will play in the Big Sky Conference.
